Processing time
Orders are handmade to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders. We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location and package size — we select the most reliable option for your order.

Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location and the carrier used. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please see our Refund Policy for how to report it. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at snelllabsaccessories@gmail.com and we'll help track it down with the carrier.
